We are wrapping up another week with some good recovery:
+Continue to hydrate throughout the day
+Eat wholesome foods to replenish and prep your body for next week.
+If you'd like to move around today, go on a walk/light hike
+Foam roll or stretch anything that feels tight
+Nap, Read a book, spend time with loved ones
Use an hour or two to prep anything necessary for next week's workouts.
