We are wrapping up another week with some good recovery: +Continue to hydrate throughout the day +Eat wholesome foods to replenish and prep your body for next week. +If you'd like to move around today, go on a walk/light hike +Foam roll or stretch anything that feels tight +Nap, Read a book, spend time with loved ones Use an hour or two to prep anything necessary for next week's workouts. Congratulations on another week of training! Proud of you!

Mobility, stretch and some PT work today. Feeling remarkably good considering the two hour trail run yesterday. Looking forward to a new week!

Walked for an hour today..:super easy. Legs feel good after yesterday but hips definitely sore. My left toes felt better after kicking that dang rock yesterday! Rest is in the menu for the rest of the day.
