Everyone- Give your body what it needs today. Take complete rest; spend time w/loved ones; get a massage; nap, etc. OR Head outside for an easy hike. Flush out the legs-keep climbing minimal(a walk along the water/around neighborhood is great too!) Duration: 30-60 minutes Continue hydrating and eating lots of good wholesome fuel. Personally, I love filling up on berries and green juice in between meals the day after a hard/long day. Well done on another week! 💪

Hiked on long run Saturday and did my long run on Sunday due to better weather

Legs felt tired today. Also, got stung in calf by a wasp or bee during my long run yesterday and still feeling some soreness there.

2 hour easy hike with a friend… may have had a group hiit session before this… definitely rest day tomorrow 😬 hiit session had one sprint in it and i was really surprised how fast i was able to go- seeing results from this consistent training!
