Everyone- Give your body what it needs today. Take complete rest; spend time w/loved ones; get a massage; nap, etc.

Head outside for an easy hike. Flush out the legs-keep climbing minimal(a walk along the water/around neighborhood is great too!)
Duration: 30-60 minutes
Continue hydrating and eating lots of good wholesome fuel. Personally, I love filling up on berries and green juice in between meals the day after a hard/long day.
