Everyone- Today you will have the choice of cycling or running. At the end of your workout, you will choose ANY mobility routine from the MOBILITY/STRETCHING category.
Intensity- Overall keep the intensity light to moderate. Tomorrow will be your first hill workout.
Beginner- 30-40 minutes of recovery pace running (below your aerobic heart rate) or cycling + mobility
Intermediate- 35-45 minutes of recovery running or cycling + mobility
Advanced- 40-50 minutes of recovery running or cycling +mobility
