You have two options today:
-Go on a hike and then do the mobility routine
-Rest
The hike is light intensity and can be done with family and friends. You can go to the trails or even enjoy a walk by the water or around town. Movement often allows the body to flush out the legs, but this is NOT a workout; it's a way to show your body some love and for you to listen for any tightness/aches.
After the hike, choose ANY mobility routine from my MOBILITY/STRETCHING category here in the app.
If you are opting for a full REST day, be sure to also focus on getting in good hydration and wholesome foods which further aid in your recovery. Catch up on errands; restocking your fridge; laundry; and any prep necessary to make next week another strong week of training for you.
