Let's keep the week interesting and change pace today. No running. You have the freedom to choose any other activity that brings you joy. Keep in mind that no matter what you choose, this is your opportunity to give your mind a mental break from running while working on another area of your fitness; thus making you a more rounded, enthusiastic runner. Alternatively, you may use this as a full day of rest. Activity Options: -Cycling -Yoga -Pilates -Hiking -Swimming -Upper Body/Core Strength Session Duration: 35-75 minutes is a range depending on the activity and how you're feeling today. Whatever you choose, the intensity should be light-medium; please don't go HARD today as I want you fresh for your long run. Be sure to share what you did today in the Facebook Community Page; there's thousands of people in there training just like you and they will be encouraged by what you're doing to get the work in today! Enjoy the break and enjoy the gift of movement today!

Life happens, I was only able to do a 30 min workout before work. I chose biking. I'll be back later for a lift.
