Everyone- After your run, you will perform a set of strides. Please choose a smooth, flat terrain to do your strides and enjoy the quick turnover. Remember to recover completely after each stride.
Beginner- Do the warm-up exercises then begin your aerobic run. You will run for 40 minutes.
Intermediate- Do warm-up exercises then run for 60 minutes in your aerobic heart rate zone.
Advanced- Warm-up. Aerobic Run for 80 minutes.
