W1/D2- Easy Run

Today's focus is to go the distance with minimal intensity. At the end of your run, you will focus on using a foam roller/stretch strap, etc and work on any tightness/immobility you might be feeling. Enjoy today's session; tomorrow we have good work to do! Beginner- Ease into the first 10 minutes of this relaxed run by making sure you stay at an aerobic heart rate or UNDER it. At any time, if you need to stop and do some dynamic stretches, please do. You will run for a total of 40 minutes today. Intermediate- Easy 50-60 minute run with option to stop at do dynamic stretching at any time. Advanced- 60-70 minutes w/option to stop and do dynamic stretches at anytime. ALL- Stay relaxed; easy breathing; and remember when you are done to allow yourself that time to sit, breathe and stretch.
