After a solid few days of running and strength training, we are going to take a day to reset with eyes focused on the long run this weekend. Today you will choose a cardio activity from the list below OR Rest completely. Listen to your body and give it what it needs. Continue fueling and hydrating well throughout the day. Everyone-Choose one of the following and do 30-60 minutes at a light-moderate intensity. -Cycling -Swimming -Elliptical -Yoga -Pilates -Hiking (w/flatter terrain, no big climbing)
