Today and tomorrow you will do aerobic runs. This weekend, you will do a long run which will include efforts during the middle of the workout. That being said, discipline yourself to run aerobically for the next two days as a way to prep your body for the workout ahead. Additionally, running beneath your aerobic heart rate is advisable especially if you are feeling sluggish. Listen to your body and give it what it needs.
After your run, you will do a core workout.

Beginner- 40-50 minute aerobic run
Intermediate- 50-60 minute aerobic run
Advanced- 60-70 minute aerobic run
