Today you have the choice of either a recovery run or x-training. Regardless of what you choose, please finish the workout by choosing a routine from the Mobility/Stretching category.
The Workout: Choose from the following activities and keep the effort at 5/10 RPE. Duration for anything you choose is 30-60 minutes, but no more than 60 minutes.

+Swimming
+Elliptical
+Yoga
If needed, you can do the mobility at night if you can't get it done right after your x-training workout.
