After your Aerobic Run, you have a core exercise routine which I would like you to do right after the run; however, if you need to do the core workout separate from the run, this is fine too.
The Workout- You can do this run on the treadmill, road, or dirt. The intensity will be at a 5/6 out of 10 (10 being max effort fast). Stay in your aerobic heart rate. Do the pre-run stretches and then start your run.
Beginner- Pre Run Dynamic Stretches+ 35-45 minute aerobic run + Core routine
Intermediate- Pre Run Stretch+ 40-60 min aerobic run+ Core routine
Advanced- Pre run Dynamic Stretches+ 60-70 minute aerobic run+ Core routine. (Please stay within or below your aerobic heart rate zone, no intensity or speed today.)
