W16/D3- Aerobic Run + Stretching + Race Prep

Today's workout is short, so use the remaining usual workout time to do a little prepping for race day. Wash your gear, begin organizing drop bags, and do an inventory check for anything you might need to get at the store. After your run, please use 10 minutes to stretch and foam roll. Beginner- 25-35 minute run +stretching Intermediate- 30-40 minute run + stretching Advanced- 45 minute run + stretching
