Today's focus is on recovery. At some point today, whether after your recovery run or before bed, take 10-15 minutes to stretch. If you feel like having a full day of rest and not running, please do. Recovery Run- 5/10 effort Terrain- Any Focus- loosening up the legs, relaxing the mind, and warming up for a good stretch session. Beginner- 25-35 minute recovery run Intermediate- 30-40 minute recovery run Advanced-35-45 minute recovery run
