You have two options today: Only do the mobility routine or do some x-training activity and then do the mobility routine. You can choose any mobility from the stretching/mobility category.
For x-training, please keep the effort at a 5/10 and the duration no more than 60 minutes. We are continuing to taper as today marks 13 days from race day! Our goal is to be rested and strong so we can give 100% best effort.
