Beginner- 45-60 minute run Intermediate- 60-70 minute run Advanced- 75-90 minute run After your run, spend at least 10 minutes stretching and foam rolling. Fuel and hydrate strong throughout the day.

8 miles easy run after yesterdays 17 mile run. Kept heart rate below aerobic zone 132 bpm at 10:02 pace. Felt horrible at first but as the run progressed I felt so much better
