The focus is maintaining a steady effort as you run on hilly terrain. Please bring hydration and some nutrition with you today. Beginner- 70 minute hilly run Intermediate- 80 minute hilly run Advanced- 90 minute hilly run

Hit the treadmill for some miles during a busy week and feeling a little sick the past few days. Felt good to get 8 miles in 80 minutes today despite some of the obstacles this week. Keep putting in the work, keep choosing strong 💪
