Use today to fully recover from yesterday; nap, eat and drink well and allow yourself to walk and loosen up the legs as needed. An easy hike or bike ride is fine just keep intensity low and ALL levels- you have the option of 35-65 minutes in duration for whatever you choose. Enjoy today and WELL DONE on another great week of training!
