Since this is a "down" week where we shorten the duration/intensity of our runs, we are going to make today optional. If you would rather ride or rest, please do; otherwise, if you are feeling good and think you can give an honest effort during tomorrow's long run, then head out for an aerobic run. After your run, you will do 4-6 strides.
Beginner- 40 minute run + 4x20 second strides
Intermediate- 50 minute run + 6x20 second strides
Advanced- 60 minute run + 6x20 second strides
