Everyone- Go to the Strong Knees category in my app and choose any Knee workout. You will do this workout before the recovery run.
After the Knees Workout do the following:
Beginner- 25-35 minute recovery run
Intermediate- 30-40 minute recovery run
Advanced- 40-50 minute recovery run
PLEASE NOTE: Upon reviewing this week's workouts, if a full rest day is needed today, please take it!
