I’ve been avoiding this flow in the series bc arm balance flow is usually more strength centric than Kayla’s traditional flowy style. But after revisiting the class I appreciate the variety mix in the class and found it very balancing between strength and stretch/lengthen true to Kayla’s style. 😊
