This flexibility drill will work on active flexibility and mobility to prepare the body to kick into handstand. This means we'll work on opening the hamstrings, shoulders, and wrists.

My legs are on fire! ๐ฅ itโs so important to learn active flexibility and not many teachers teaches or emphasizes this! Thankful that Kayla has drill classes for it as well as incorporating into her regular flows!
