Wow that felt super amazing! Love having some rag doll time. 💕👌🏽 Also what a fun transition from skandasana to fallen lunge and side plank of choice! I thought that was very neat. ✨

I love this sequence! All the good and juicy postures are included but if you are intentional with your core involvement then it’s also a good core strengthening flow!
