On round two of my core challenge, I was able to maintain the bear holds for an entire minute! Progress!

Dang bro!! Great 2 exercises. I did inch worms instead of ab roller (easier on my shoulders) and for the bear crawl holds I was able to do unbroken for 1 min which I was surprised about. #victory!!
