Short and sweet. Did plank dips instead of plank push. L shoulder is not strong enough. 30 plank dips and 30 reaches.

Nice quick one today. I’m way behind in this program. My butt got kicked by a stomach bug, I had a day where I felt a little better and was able to workout and then it went back downhill but I’m back and feeling 100%!
