Finished the core challenge this morning!! Also did some dad rucking last night down the Vegas strip!! After having my spinal fusion in January, I’ve been on the path to a stronger core. Personally, I can develop workouts and plans for high school teams and individuals, no problem. But for myself, I really need a push to motivate myself. Listening to Jeremy’s pod the other day when he mentioned “people who workout in their own gym by themselves have a different type of motivation” or something along those lines, it’s so true. It’s not easy to check in everyday and push yourself, alone. When I started this challenge I didn’t really know what my goal should be, but after just a few days, my body/back/core felt so good! I will definitely keep these exercises in my daily routine just to live pain free. That’s my goal. During this challenge I quit my job as a high school athletic director/assistant principal and started my own company. Like Jeremy says, love what you do! And that’s what I’ve found in life! Thank you for the wonderful challenge! I'm excited to incorporate these 34 amazing workouts into my daily routine. Your collection of fantastic ab workouts, with the exception of the ab wheel, push-up pull through, and toes to pull-up bar, are both invigorating and enjoyable. Your motivating spirit shines through, and I can confidently say that I've grown as a person through this transformative journey. Heartfelt gratitude for everything!
