Plank to push was difficult. Had to take a rest after 50 reps. Entire thing took me 11:05 min

Day 2: Static Strength + 100 Exchanges

Frustrating that I can't complete all the reps. I do as best as I can, pushing myself somewhat. I'm hoping this gets better as the workouts progress

Day 3: Touch & GO

Calorie burner for sure. Cartilage in my knee isn’t great from my running days. That’s why it’s a 4 star instead of 5 star workout for myself.
