Love this steady and deep flow! My favorite part is your transition from crow>toe taps> handstand and back down! Amazing! I've only been able to do this with an assist! Looking forward to handstands in Austin!

I hadn’t been in playbook in a while. Once we got into locust with the hand and toe flashlights, a smile beamed on my face and I said out loud “oh Erin, I’ve missed you.” Thanks for class. I feel as free as a bird.
