I thoroughly enjoyed this class! It is incredibly powerful, inviting, and accessible. Erin, you are such a gifted teacher. I am recovering from a recent (very small) surgery and this was the perfect practice to ease back in. I feel so strong right now!

I dig this slow burn concept because it really helps me feel the connection in my muscles deeper and find new space in familiar postures. Thank you 🙏🏼

This was so good! I’m not a runner - morning walks are my jam lately, but I’ve been feeling some compensations creep up the more I walk. I loved the challenge in this practice and how it was balanced with a grounded pathway of pulling back into self.

Yay! I got some float! I struggle with core integration in handstands so puppy entry is super helpful for stacking the hips. The arm bending and creating momentum was also awesome to get the whole body activated! Very challenging but Erin always makes it fun!
