As a beginner, I really enjoyed this. Even if my pace was slower. It was nice to try to actually flow! I will come back to this.

Chose this practice at the end of my Wednesday, my body left feeling with so much more space. It feels as if I used to breath to expand and rid myself of whatever was taking up space, creating tension in my body. Lovely flow
