Loved! Made me feel really creative and loose - it was one of those flows that was easier to synchronise breath with due to its rhythm, and so it was easy to get lost in the fluidity ❤️ exactly what I needed and actually gave me a boost of energy and inspired me to do more of my own movement :) thanks Erin ✨
