Slow and fun little flow. Slightly heat building. Just what I needed as feeling very fatigued but didn’t want to skip doing yoga. Tysm ❤️‍🔥💕

Fun flossy movement! Enjoyed this as a beginning to a flow and felt it warmed the hips and shoulders well

I took this class after a sweaty workout and this was the perfect complement to get some deep mobility into the hips and shoulders after lots of contraction and work. I enjoyed that there was some heat to this but nothing tooo crazy! I find this circular action of getting into passive squat and out really helpful in strengthening that lower core. Thank you for this ERIN 🤍

Really enjoyed this one. Different, interesting and challenging (wasn’t expecting that much core!). These shorter ones are great for me.
