This was very challenging for me and my tight shoulders but I am so glad I worked through this. I appreciated the pace and found enough small rest moments to keep going.

Loved this class. My shoulders have been super sticky lately and this definitely helped me work into them in a very active way that was also really fun. I was even able to hop into pincha using the leg I don’t normally favor!
