Pasta Bolognese Calories/Macros: 876 kcal 57g Protein 81g Carbohydrate 36g Fat Ingredients: 100g dry pasta 250g lean beef mince 200g jar of premade bolognese sauce Low-calorie cooking spray Method: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet or saucepan, spray a little low-calorie cooking spray over medium heat. Add the beef mince to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Once the beef mince is cooked, add the jar of premade bolognese sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the bolognese sauce. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated in the sauce and heated through. Once heated through, remove the skillet from the heat and serve. Customisation Ideas: If you are bulking - add some more pasta to get those extra carbs and throw some grated cheese on top. If you are trying to keep calories down, reduce the amount of pasta and bulk out the sauce with some chopped vegetables like carrot and zucchini/courgette.
