Ingredients:
- 200g 5% lamb mince
- 1 small onion, grated or finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Salad:
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- A handful of mixed salad greens
- Juice of half a lemon
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the lamb mince, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the kebabs cook, prepare the salad. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, and mixed greens.
- Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently.
- Once the kebabs are done, serve them with the salad.
Customisation Ideas:
