Eggs on Toast

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 slices of bread
75g cherry tomatoes, halved
Low-calorie cooking spray
Method:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
While the skillet is heating, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork or whisk.
Add a small amount of low-calorie cooking spray.
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook for a few seconds until they start to set around the edges.
While the eggs are cooking, pop your bread in the toaster.
Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, moving them around the skillet until they are cooked through.
Put the toast on a plate and divide the scrambled eggs between the two slices. Serve with some cherry tomatoes on the side.
Customisation Ideas:
If you were on a bulk, you have some avocado on the side to bump up the amount of fat.
If you were on a cut you could substitute the eggs for egg whites to improve the protein to fat ratio.
