Chicken Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:
100g dry pasta
200g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Low-calorie cooking spray
100g of pesto.
Method:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with low-calorie cooking spray.
Add the chicken breast pieces to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the jar of pesto sauce and the cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly with the pesto.
Serve and enjoy!

If you are trying to keep calories down, reduce the amount of pasta and perhaps use a low-fat pesto or swap the pesto out for a jar of tomato pasta sauce.
