Why? I don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I'm sick of the fitness industry being full of time wasting routines. This is a no-nonsense approach.         I'm a beginner, can I do your workouts?
        Yes. Everyone is a beginner at some point. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my programmes, nutrition guides and everything else posted in the app will be for you to fast track your success. All exercises have easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
        Do I need a gym membership?
        If you have access to a gym but don't know where to start, this is for you. All programmes are built with access to the most basic gym equipment in mind. So no matter where you are, your workouts are optimised.
