Well - got about 70% through before my toddlers hijacked the workout - gotta finish it next time, but it was spicy!

That was a great stretch and workout. I've been working out for years, but my flexibility is not as great as it once was. It's a goal of mine to see how well i progress through this program. I'm excited to see the results!

I modified this workout significantly… for example the knee to tricep taps, after doing as many as I could the way they’re shown, I dropped to all fours and just brought my knee to my elbow (30 seconds each leg and then switched). Burpees I didn’t do the push up, mountain climbers 30 seconds instead of a full minute. Bicep curls were the only exercise I completed fully. I also only moved through the workout 3 times! Yesterday’s workout made me really sore so modifying was necessary! Great workout!
