I know i just started but i am loving how you combine strength and yoga. I am awful at yoga but you do not make it overwhelming. I have tried it in the past and everything hurt during and after so i quit. Somehow with you, i have no pain. I am so excited to see my body and flexibility change. I can't wait to call myself a yogi!!!❤🙏🧘‍♀️

Do protein powders come in smaller amounts? I would like to have many flavors so that I can make some of the desserts and pancakes that you do but tjat would cost me a fortune if I were to buy them all at once!!😬
