Modifications for beginners. I’m not confident in crow or headstand. The yoga flow often feels like a tutorial. When I know what we’re doing, it feels a little clunky and it’s hard to follow you. When I don’t know what we’re doing, I need to look at other resources for form or modifications / stop movement to see what you’re up to.
