Goodness that ladder sucked lol but it felt great to have done it after haha. I LOVED todays flow though it was amazing.

Intense! I realized through the crow crunch strength drill that I could hardly engage my lower core, so I've got some work to do!

I really enjoyed the ladder workout (pushups/crunches) definitely got my sweat on! Thank you for sharing a new way of working out the arms/core. What a workout 💪

I havenl never felt stronger at the end of a workout! Only weaker...until today! Someone might have to come clean my house tho....I'm not gonna be able to use my shoulders 😂
