This feels goooood in a burner-way 😅 . We do a lot of squatty movements and keep our legs warm, and also enjoy a couple stretches. This is definitely more of a “strong” flow, vs stretches. Let me know how it feels for you!

Cannot recommend your flows and workouts more. I miss her content on Instagram, but I’m so thankful she’s kept this here. Her workouts are great additions to my own routines or when on vacation.
