“ S•Series “ Strong • Stretchy • Short This is a Series of 10-15 minute, all-level yoga flows you can do anywhere, anytime. I’ll be posting a few each week until a collection of 30 is complete! :D Each flow is titled by the theme or peak pose so you can do what your body needs. Do these after a workout as a quick cool down! They are most beneficial when you’re already warm, since 10-15 min isn’t really long enough to get you warm from scratch. Every flow incorporates strength and encourages flexibility. Some flows include a “Quick Tip”- that may help you generally or with the peak pose in the flow. There is some rhyme & reason to the order of these flows- they tend to build on each other, which is why they are numbered! But you could do them out of order if you want and choose what you feel like! Want a 30-day yoga challenge? Do one each day for a month full of yoga (I encourage one rest day per week tho)! Take a video or picture in your favorite pose from each flow and post them on social media and tag me so I can share it! ¨̮

I’m a fitness fanatic and Spartan Racer who found yoga in 2015. I fell in love with Yoga, and committed to an intense, self-taught, daily practice ever since. What are the goals of the program?
To give you an easy way to fit yoga into your day that will leave you feeling strong & stretched. Also, to give you a collection of flows you can choose from depending on what you feel like doing!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
I always encourage you to workout first, and use yoga as an active recovery & cool down. Working out first allows your body to be warm and ready to stretch, and also strengthen your active muscles. There is some rhyme & reason to the order of these flows- they tend to build on each other, which is why they are numbered! But you could do them out of order if you want and choose what you feel like depending on the title!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These yoga flows are all-level friendly! I try to give you tips to modify if you’re a beginner but I’ll also challenge you if you’re not! ¨̮
