This is a good mix of standing balances and ground level stretching. I called it “The Ladies” because we’ll be working on Mermaid pose, Dancer, and sugar cane. We’ll be stretching the legs and hips well.

Loved this and could easily make it longer but adding a few vinyasas and holding the poses longer!
