Today’s flow is all about stretching our splits. This is best when your legs are already warm beforehand. Also, I apologize I sent a couple minutes over 🙈 - don’t rush the splits tho!

Loveddd this flow!! Do you have any videos or flows that are specifically hamstring dominant? My tightest muscle and I have not seen a lot of progress in their flexibility.
