Exactly what I needed tonight! The forward fold stretch with straightening one knee and twisting our upper body hit exactly where I needed- that muscle that runs from my low back allll the way up beside my spine always seems to feel tight on the left side, this was one of the first times I felt like I got it precisely with a stretch!
