Full body workout. You can do this circuit at the gym or at home. You will need some heavy bands for the warm up; and some heavy dumbbells, a kettlebell and a barbell with plates for the workout.

Could we get a better angle on the barbell rows. We canāt see you elbows and itās hard to fix my form when I canāt see yours. Thank you!
