Smith Machine Circuit: 5 moves, back-to-back.
You don’t have to go heavy, but don’t put the bar down.
*Use a squat rack and a barbell if a smith machine is not available.
Barbell Circuit: 3 exercises, back to back.
10 reps each move. Use a barbell. Don’t put it down between exercises.
