Hey guys! The purpose of this WOW is to show you several modifications of Built Aesthetics 2.0 Day 1- Chest and Biceps, in case you don’t have access to a specific machine. Keep in mind, the purpose of this program is to make gains, so you have to pick a weight size that challenges you. Picking weights that are too light won’t work. If you’re substituting with a band, make sure to create enough tension.
If you have different equipment than what I show you here, try mimicking the move with YOUR equipment. If it’s too easy, it’s probably not right.
