Full body Metcon (oh yeah I know you like those😉). You’ll need a barbell, dumbbell (or kettlebell), bench (or box/chair), a rope (or imaginary one- but a real one is more fun), an echo bike (or substitute with any other cardio equipment: stationary bike, treadmill or outdoor run), and no excuses.
