*Volume up for my tips* We’re going to be sweating today! Full body Metcon (oh yeah I know you like those😉). You’ll need a barbell, dumbbell (or kettlebell), bench (or box/chair), a rope (or imaginary one- but a real one is more fun), an echo bike (or substitute with any other cardio equipment: stationary bike, treadmill or outdoor run), and no excuses.

I loved this style training! I’ll admit I had to take some breaks in that 10 mins of jump roping and 100 x2 jumping jacks 🥵 a great burn for a relatively short workout!
